Pre course

Omics approaches for Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases

In association to the 39th NSCMID meeting we also offer a pre course on Omics. The course is offered free of charge and is arranged as a course for PhD students (see curriculum) but is also open for participation by other interested participants of the NSCMID meeting.

The course is arranged by Örebro University in cooperation with the 39th NSCMID and will take place in September 20-21, 2023 at Campus USÖ, Örebro University, Sweden. The course will be held by experts in the different fields of omics relevant for clinical microbiology and infectious diseases (ie. Proteomics, Metabolomics and Metagenomics). The course is given as lectures with time for discussions and interactions with lecturers and experts in the field. For PhD students the course also includes a written examination. Last day for registration of this pre course is 21st of August.
