The registration fee includes access to the scientific programme and industrial exhibition at the congress venue, meals and refreshments at lunch and coffee breaks, as well as the Welcome reception on Thursday, 21 September 2023 and the Congress dinner Saturday 23 September.
Payment must be made in advance, by credit card (VISA or Master Card) or invoice sent from the organizer. To all fees and room rates Swedish VAT will be added.

To be entitled for the young scientist fee you should be younger than 35 years and present an abstract to the conference.
Conference attendees from EU countries
Companies that fulfil the requirements can reclaim the Value Added Tax (VAT) paid from their own country’s tax authorities by applying electronically through the tax authorities’ website.
Conference attendees from non-EU countries
Companies that fulfil the requirements can reclaim the Value Added Tax (VAT) from the Swedish tax authorities by completing this application form and return it by post to the address stated in top of the form. Refund of VAT apply to all expenses i.e. registration fee, accommodation, and other documented cost
Cancellation policies
Cancellations will be accepted until August 1, 2023 against an administration fee of SEK 1000 (approx. EUR 97). After August 1, 2023 cancellations cannot be accepted, but substitutes (a colleague) will be accepted at any time provided that Commee is informed of the change and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
Hotel booked in the registration form can be cancelled free of charge until August 1, 2023. Cancellations made later will not be refunded.
